Each piece is unique and handcrafted by local artisans and therefore may vary slightly from what you see depicted online. If you are not satisfied with what you receive we are happy to do an exchange.
What is Sorano7?
Sorano7 is a lifestyle brand founded by Lauren Berkman and Clea Stone. Sorano7 is our ship. Our mission: expore the galaxy far and wide in search of beautiful, unique, futuristic products and bring them together on one platform. We discover planets, each with its own aeshetic, and curate a selection of products inspired by that planet.
What products do you sell?
Currently, we sell lamps. Our product catalogue is ever evolving as we explore new planets.
Where can I buy Sorano7 products?
Sorano7 products are available at Sorano7.com and on Etsy. Soon, Sorano7 products will be available at select retail stores.
Where are you located?
Our ship docks in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Shipping & Returns
What is the return policy and refund policy?
Within 30 days of purchase, if you received your product(s) and would like to return them for any reason, please reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com. Refunds will appear in your account within 15 days of processing.
Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship to the United States.
What are the shipping options?
We offer two shipping options standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (1-3 business days). Please note that if you are a customer wanting to ship products to Alaska or Hawaii, your order will require a few extra days for delivery.
How much is the cost of shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Canada-wide orders are $15.
When will I receive my order?
After you have placed an order please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Then, you will receive your shipment in either 5-7 business days (standard shipping) or 1-3 business days (expedited shipping).
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email containing your shipment information and a link to track the package.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Sorry to hear this! Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will figure out what happened and send you a new shipment.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please note that because our products are hand-made, each one is a little different. If you have any products that are damaged or are not of the highest quality, we will offer you a replacement free of charge. Please contact email@example.com to process a replacement.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you need to edit or cancel your order, you may do so within the first hour of ordering directly via the confirmation email. If you cannot locate your confirmation email or if you’re order is outside of the one hour window, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can help you further with this. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit your order beyond the one hour mark.
